Rip Off, What a joke they have my Money consumer fraud ripoff

I signed up to Jubilee Financial Services in March. Seemed like a good idea. They helped reduce your debt and you only had to pay x-amount of dollars. My girlfriend also did the same thing. For both of us it has been a disaster from day one.

Buttom line is that their phones have been busy their fax doesn't work, they have my records and my money. I just want to cry.

They never said anything about an extra 25%. My rep made up all sorts of great lies that I believed. I trusted him and he let me down to. My bills are now a mess and they just don't care.

Someone help me! I want my money back!
