How can you mistaken 149.95 dollars missing out of your account? Well we did. And i called this company and they wanted to speak with my husband. Supposedly his name is on the account! My husband is computer illiterate, this is where the info came from. He did'nt do it and i know damn well i did'nt.

After i told the operator what was going on she transferred me to her supervisor, to no avail because i'm still waiting! 25 minutes later! From a estimated wait time of 3 minutes and 45 seconds, good grief
