Where's the money going-not on my loan!

We just found out after 8 years of paying, on time that our mort is higher than what we org got_how can that be? We have only payed 100-200 hundred on this loan for 8 years? Something's not right, i do know they need to make money, but come on this is a single wide with the money i have payed for 8 years i should be living in a uptown neighborhood! In fact we have been paying 988.00 or more for the last 5 years, trying to get this payed off, so where's that extra going?

I am with the rest of you out there, they need to be investigated on shady practices. So in the rest of the time we either keep paying and try to do the right thing or we stick the house and get screwed. So where is justice for us working class? I don't see any help, we are paying as or more on our homes as the big town folks are., with the money we have been putting out i should be living in upscale neighborhood!!
