Complete rip-off — they take your money and run

We figured we could use help in reducing our credit card interest rates. They said they could help. We agreed to their service, but that was before they mentioned the nearly $1,000 fee. They are now saying that since we agreed to their service, they are due the money, and charged our credit card. However, the day after my husband spoke to them, he called their Customer Service department to cancel. Yet they STILL charged us the fee and claim that they have NO RECORD of his call. But they do have records of every other call he's made to them.in fact, their shoddy (ie, ficticious) records show that my husband called to inquire about how to complete their forms, which we hadn't even received by mail at that point!!!

We are contesting the charge with our credit card holder. When we advised PDM that we were contesting the charge, they replied, "We have your authorization on tape. However, we don't have your cancellation on tape. [How convenient, right?! ] Good luck with your claim." Slick.

From my online research tonight, it appears that PDM has worked out of FL, TX and AZ, by the names United Debt Solutions (1014 Blanding Blvd, Ste #2, Orange Park, Florida, 32065), PDM International (3307 Huntington Dr. Ste 102, Colleyville, TX 76034) and PDM (2023 W Guadalupe #11-217, Mesa, AZ 85202; Customer Service phone: 1-877-354-5485).

The moral of the story is: AVOID this company at all cost!
