This was such a scam!

This company was such a scam. Like they told others there was supposed to be a "savings account" set up for me and they would pay off my debt for pennies on the dollar. I knew something was wrong when I kept getting collection letters. And then finally one of my credit card companies sued me.

When I called them they told me to send them a fax, like I had been doing but nothing happened. Then when I told them I was unsatisfied with the company and that I wanted my money back they told me that the money I paid went towards their fees, and that it was theirs to keep. If I would've known that I could've paid some of my credit cards instead of paying them 156 dollars a month.

I canceled my contract with them about a year ago and they charged my bank account a couple weeks ago, and the woman in customer service tells me the accounting department doesn't accept any in-bound calls. That I would need to send them a fax because they have no record of charging my account. They didn't need a fax to charge my account without authorization.

This company is such a scam and I wish I could get my money back and actually use it towards something that will get rid of some of my debt. I worked with one of the credit card companies myself and I only have to pay 40 percent of the original balance. It would have been a lot easier and cheaper to just deal with my debt myself before all these extra fees were charged to my account.

I should've investigated more about this company instead of just believing them that they were listed with the Better Business Bureau.
