Steven D. Gertler & Associates Another Scare Tactic Credit Collection Agency ripoff

Just wanted to let everyone know that this collection agency is the same as others. They used the same scare tactics as all the others. My sister, who is a co-defendent, was threatented to have her home taken away. They are rude, condescending and ruthless. They will stop at nothing to try and get their money.

I had a court date with one of the attorney's from this firm and while I was in the bathroom she 'settled' the claim in the hallway of the courthouse with my sister. I was too late to stop it.

If I had of been able to see a Judge, I am sure the case would've been dismissed. I believe the attorney knew this also.

Again, beware! Keep posting these collection agencies. Who knows? Maybe one day we'll get rid of them if we stand up to them!
