Ripoff

I was called and promised a mastercard after a membership fee was paid and that was 2 monthes ago. I also had three other withdraws from my checking account that were I guess investors. They all said that they had permission from FLAC to withdraw the money. I'm just starting to get my bank to help recoup some of this money but I want my $200 from FLAC plus I want to see them in jail. The business has been suspended and i can't get to talk to anyone there. What is there for me to do??? HELP!!!
