Ripoff pre-approved credit card visa mastercard $10.000.00

I have made a payment of the $37.00 to get this cards back in 2006 i have not gotten them at all i also still have the money order that i had sent to the address on the form. Stop these cons so no one else gets this and gets ripped off they should have to pay every one that they had ripped off the amount of the credit cards which is $10.000.00 per person. We all expeting this credit cards but in stead we all had got ripped off. These guys or person who ever is doing this needs to get punishied for what they have did. I think maybe this is what should get done to only the ones that can prove that they had sent the money or copy of money order or check stub or copy of check that they have sent it to them cons. Hopefuly that this matter will soon be all taken care of really soon. And hope we get some thing for this con person or persons that are doing this s*t to us people.
