They claimed i would receive information packet threw the mail being charged only for shipping and handling charges, which i never received

In July I was doing research on federal grant money to help pay for my schooling and help open a sm. Business, on the enternet. I received a phone call at home telling me I could receive information on federal grant money, the forms needed and on line support (for 10 days). A small fee for shipping and handling would be charged to my bank card, so I agree.

I never received the packet, or an email message telling me the information needed to access the account for i could use, to access online information. After viewing a report latter that next day about a scam on this, I called the company and told them I wasn't interested in their product, please take me off.

Didn't think anymore about it, untill today when I called my bank, to find out transactions going on threw my account. Behold this company had charged me not only for shipping and handling but also an additional amount for services I didn't athorize or use ($49.95).

When I called them up today, they refused to credit my account back, claimed I was sent an e-mail message on July 23 or 24,07, and they never received any cancelation notice, refusing to credit my account. They did give me a cancelation # this time to refer back to, in case it happens again, but that doesn't take care of money they have already ripped me off for. Who says they won't tell me the same thing again, next time I look at my bill, and call again.
