Money Hungry Corporation Takes Advantage of Hardworking Trusting Families Who Need Assistance

Our economy is becoming such that soon there will be only the rich and the poor no more middle class and with housing rates down, foreclosures, layoffs, etc its no wonder that many Americans are feeling the burden of having low credit scores.in our society this is a no-no if you ever want to own anything so there are companies who try and "help and/or "restore" ones credit rating thus becoming the white knight saving the day.

Unfortunately, the white knight turns into the beastly dragon as it deceives people into thinking that they are being helped when in essence they are ripping them off. That is exactly what happened to me. Like many others I too have bad credit and was in desperate need to fix it and searched the internet for solutions.

I never signed up for them to take 149.95 out of my account but yet they did and I don't even know how they received my information. When I called them they said I enrolled on their website that offered 3 different programs and I indicated that yes I did sign up for more information but I never saw that there was a fee for 149.95 or I would have never agreed to the terms.

The customer service rep indicated that if I kept the account open that she would give me a 3 day trip and at this point I told her no I wanted to cancel and then she proceeded to tell me that I could cancel but I would not get my whole amount back because there was a 35.00 processing fee.

At this point I told her that I would talk to my bank about reversing the charges and would follow up with them after I had information from my own financial institution. What this company and others like it are doing to the hardworking American people who are in need is a disgrace and they should be held accountable for their actions.

So, I too will contact my local attorney's office and file a claim in hopes that the government officials will step in and stop these corporate giants from extracting money out of people who cannot afford to just throw it away. I hope that these companies will be shut down and all the monies they obtained be divided and given to the people who put their trust and faith in hopes of securing a better future for their families.
