Pay day loans ripoff

I took out a payday loan (stupid) which I tried to payoff in full August 10,07. IThey did not, instead taking finance charge then $50 which goes to 'principal'. I have REPEATEDLY tried to contact them by emailing as they have no number anywhere yet I cannot get a response. Get my password. They are ghosts who just keep taking your money.
