Prop Inspection Fee Scam. Homecomings Financial has been charging a property inspection fee to my billing statement. When I requested a statement showing transactions on my account for the past 2 years, the inspection fee was not showing. Ripoff

Homecomings Financial has been charging a property inspection fee to my billing statement in the amount of $81.00 for the past year. However, when I request to see documentation of the company they delt with to find out the true cost of the property inspection fee, they could not provide the information.

I requested a statement showing all transaction for the past 2 years. I received the statement on 8/2/07. The statement did not show the property inspection fee that was billed for $81.00. Consequently, I did have two property inspection fees in the amount of $11.25. My monthy billing statement reflects charges for $81.00.

When I called to discuss this matter and speak with someone in management, the person acted as through they were going to tranfer me to someone and the line was disconnected. I have tried to contact them on several occasion, but no one seems to want to help. I would like to know what happened to the $81.00 dollars that I have been paying every month for approxamately one year or more.in addition my monthly statement never reflects the payments I make each month.
