Ripoff the credit card i choose turned out to be a fee card not credit card

After 6 mth of using this card, i asked for a increase in my limit. I was told i use the card to much for cash advances (which i am charged $7.50) so i am not elgible for an increase. The customer service person told me i need to go get a debit card (thats not a good practice sending customers to other co. S)

So i guess the idea is keep his limit low and he'll keep getting overlimit fees, which are brought on by monthly usage fees and cash advance fees. So this is a "fee card" and not a credit card
