Ripoff Company of Thieves and Liars

When we got our mortgage refi from Bay Capital they immediately sold it to Hsbc bank and thats where the horrible ride began we had come to find out they were charging us to much money on our escrow account the company would have never found the mistake unless it was for my wife who called them on it they did not admit to it right away it took awhile. We had found out because we got a letter from our township tax dept that they had not recieved our payment between the incompotence of the HSBC 'S staff the constant harrasing phone calls this company has to be the worst mortgage company since Ameriquest I recently put my house up for sale HSBC is stating that besides my principal payment and interest I owe a prepayment penilty to these vultures I will burn my house to the ground before someone says to me I cant pay my house off when ever I want All I want from this company is an apoligy and for this stupid prepayment penilty be removed from my mortgage so I can sell my house and get out from under this black cloud misery I had to indure with this so called great company they should all be ashamed of themselves for what they put there customers through.
