Duane Heppner
Equity Trading of Real Estate ripoff

Business & Finance

Duane claims to be able to trade equtiy of property they do not own and use proceeds to purchase the real estate for cash in 6-12 months. He has never closed a deal and talking to him is a total waste of time. He provides you with poorly written forms that you retype and his liability is then zero. You negotiate a purchase agreement and obtain an appraisal on a large property but that is as far as the process will ever go. You send in your deal to be "TRADED" but something goes wrong.

Their favorite is to say the TRADERS went on Vacation for a month, or the TRADERS have changed their appetite. Your deal will never fund. This is a version of the Prime Bank scam. Others in the group take your Purchase Agreement and the Appraisal to raise funds from individual investors and run a Ponzi scam with your paperwork.

I am posting this with his first name and another posting with his company and web address so more can see what a scam this is.

IF it is too good to be true it probably is.

Good luck
