I decided to buy their CD in hopes to find another way to pay for college and such and the price they had listed seemed more than reasonable enough for me. I gave them my information and waited but never received the CD. I actually forgot about them after a while until I payed close attention to my bank statements and noticed they were charging $29.95 more than once a month and occasionally twice in the same day. I'm trying to keep my head above water financially and having them taking money and saying they are unable to close my account every time i contact them is not helping my situation. I went to them for help and they're only hurting me more.
