Senior Lead.com - NF Communications Larry Klein ripoff selling useless, stale leads and representing them as "exclusive" and "fresh"

Javelin Marketing, also known in a former life as NFCommunications, is the remnant of a supposedly "dissolved" marketing company owned by self-styled "GURU" Larry Klein. Defrocked of his broker status (see: http://www.sec. Gov/litigation/opinions/3437835. Txt), Klein turned toward selling financial professionals all sorts of systems designed to turn them into to top-tier producers.

He also marketed a so-called SENIOR leads program which touts its leads as being "fresh" and Internet-generated, targeting 55 and older. At $18 per lead, Klein managed to suck thousands out of uninformed insurance agents and reps. The vast majority of these report that the leads were a waste of time, and worse, were generated by third party vendors using deceptive methods to lure "seniors" to their websites.

The former company supposedly dissolved on December 16 and left its clients and vendors in the lurch to the tunes of thousands of dollars.

The company is being investigated by several state authorities and regulatory agencies, including the NASD, FTC, several states' attorneys general, local law enforcement, and local district attorney.in addition, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express have had hundreds of chargebacks and complaints about Klein and his related companies.
