Dear ripoff, I am sick of these people

Dear rip off report,
I am sick of these people who want to slam me! I am not bitter and I am currently going to job interviews. These people from quicken loans don't know what thet are talking about when it comes to good service.

Yes, I had some bad luck trying to get a job and I worked 80 hours just as the people @ quickenloans who got laid off! A former boss once said to all her employees "stop acting so anxious in front of your customers, nobody want to make money as bad as you do!" I trusted Dan to do his job, after he put my loan in limbo, it should have been his job to have called the appraiser right then and cancelled her visit to my house. I was @ work and my mom did not know she should not have let her in, she is elderly and she did not call me and let me know the lady came. Dan should have been honest with me about the loan, he never told me my money was not refundable and I explained to him I was in between job & he knew that! He was so anxious to verify my employment.

When he put my loan in limbo, I told him I would call him and let him know when I was ready to procede, and to let me get established on my new job and I would be ready. Now, I have lost my trust in him! What happened to the days of when "the customer is always right?"

Remember, I originally came to him ASKING for a loan that was NO INCOME, NO JOB type of loan. But he kept switching me around until he finally put it into limbo! As far as I am concerned, as a consumer, everything should have stopped right then and should have went no further!

Now, I do not want the loan anyway because it was going to raise the principal on the house with all of the closing cost that was going to be added on to the new amount I owe. Even if I get a new job soon I have changed my mind about refiancing! I am a consumer, I have rights too!

These folks who are taking up for their company, I figure they are afraid to say anything aganist their company because they have probably signed contracts some where along the line and they would be sued if they did & it was probably a hostile situation when they left the company.

If these folk were that ugly to their customers they needed to go! They do not even need be in business, I learned a long time ago, in a business, if you want to succeed, sometimes you have to go over and beyond for your customers, if you want to keep them. I got bad service and I will go elese where next time. Someone I hope I can trust!
