Produce false documents to courts ripoff

This company with their lawyers produce the courts with false statements and had my father's wages garnished. When I received the letter from the Marshall I immediately went to court because I never heard of these guys.

At the court I requested copies of the papers that the court had on my father and they claim that they served him at an unknown address and when they described my father they said he was 35 years old, 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. My father is really 68 years old, 130 ponds and 5 feet tall.

I filed a claim against them but I do not think this is enough. I was wondering if maybe we can get together and file a class lawsuit against these crooks because this is not right. We must stop this injustice and theft. My father is retired and get his check direct deposited and if this money is taken (2300) he will not be able to survive. Please help stop these guys from getting rich on our hard earned money. I since learned that every one Iknow has these guys on their vredit report. If the credit reporting agencies are in this too, we should also make them pay
