Left voice message saying I was going to be arrested! Ripoff

I have received numerous calls from someone at their company. She has clearly identified herself as a representative of their company and has indicated that a warrant for my arrest is going to be issued and that my case has been referred to for criminal prosecutor.

I can't tell you how illegal that is.

I am taking this directly to court, i will not pass Go, I will not collect $200 and I am filing suit in DuPage County, Illinois. Obviously I have saved the recording and when I called the company to play it for them I was hung up on.

So if you live in Illinois and can document this companies abuse please leave your story on hear and what proof you have. I'll post the case number, if this site allows that, once it's filed and if anyone wants to be attached as a plaintiff I think I should be able to ammend the complaint. Who knows maybe this can get class-action status, I think we only need 7 people.

In any event, after reading the postings on here about this company I feel like somebody should do something.
