Luebke Baker And Associates - CRC Of Tennesee Called claiming I owed for magazines I did not receive Ripoff

I started receiving phone calls at my work place from an unknown person. She would only give her name and not say what the call was about. I would tell her I was not in the office. Last week she reached me at my mothers home phone, which I had never given out to anyone.

I asked this person how she got the number and she never really answered. She just went on to tell me she was collecting a debt for magazines ordered from CRC of Tenn. For over 900.00. She said that they would settle for 424.00 and set me up for three payments of 141.33.

The payments were not to start until the 1st of August but the first one has already been deducted from my account. I called the Company and was not able to speak to the woman, however the man who I did talk to offered to refund the money and the over draft charges and they would call me back later to set up a new payment.

This was before I found out this was a big scam. I am going to report this also to the BBB.
