First Capital Consumers ripoff struggling single mother false promises

I received a call from a nice young lady in June from 1st capital consumers telling me I was approved for $2500 Master card with 0% interest but I had to pay $199 to receive the card. It sounded to good to be true as I have very bad credit. I adv her I wouldnt have the funds available until my next check. So she let me post date a electronic funds transfer.

I thought something was wrong when I tried to contact them at there 800# (which I dont have anylonger) and there was no answer. So they took my monies on 7/01/02 and I never received anything. I found on the internet a sight of a ton of people that had been ripped off just like me. So I call them and I actually got through to someone. I adv him what I had found on the internet. He said it wasnt a scam and that I should receive a packet. Which I did receive. He said for me to sign the card in the packet to get my Mastercard. I did that about 4 wks ago and still havent recieved my credit card.

I would greatly appreciate it if your company would be able to refund my money.
