HomEq Servicing is the perfect finance company if you want to loose your home. My wife and I have been struggling to keep our home since July.
I helped my then girlfriend now wife back in Dec with some money to save her from forclosure. With the help of an attourney and $15,000.00 we managed to save ourselves.

Now a year and a half later they are accusing me of oweing them money from this past incident. My wife has asked them many times for a payment history report but never provided us with one. Come to find out that the settelment 18 months ago was not totally satisfied and they have been charging me late fees and interest since.

Now they are trying to foreclose on our condo again saying we owe them $7,000.00. These people are ruthless crooks. Please if you have some good advise I'd appreciate it.

They are now offering me a deal to pay them $3,000.00 now for prior attourney fees, why? We don't know. We have received no documentation, and $2,209.00 for 14 months. My normal payment is $1,750.00 per month. Can you believe they expect me to pay them $12,000.00 for something and have no grounds to do so. I have made 18 payments since june. Please if you can help we'd be greatful.
