After a 20 yr. Old bankruptcy discharged debt

Well I received my letter from RJM today and didn't even get a prize offer. I don't know, maybe it's because the debt is from 1986. Wow 21 years! My late ex - wife was into collecting and using credit cards this was from a company called Bealls (pronounced Bells}. Well to make a long story short, we filed for chapt. 11 bankruptcy in 1987 and of course Bealls was listed, I figure that if
they weren't interested 20 yrs. Ago and it was written off why should I pay now? I won't even honor their request with an answer at this is so crazy it's almost funny.
I should refer this to my late ex wife!
