Cash Call - First Community Bank
Payed 1,500 and i owe more than i borrowed and they are coming to my home! Ripoff oxnard california

I did the request for a loan over the phone. MEANING, i misunderstood the 98.99 % APR rate because it was not in writing for me to see. Now I have been making payments on this 5,000 dollar loan and I now owe 6,000 and some change. Not to mention I paid them 1,500 and it didnt seem to effect what I owe at all. If anything it went up!

So now I am trying to pay them and live my life and they are KNOCKING ON MY DOOR, and harassing my family and me. Calling any and all numbers that I had given them. Not to mention one of the HARASSERS from Cashcall decided to threatin and cuss out my girlfriend for no known reason. Im SICK of being harassed and im SICK of throwing my MONEY AWAY! Ive attempted several times to pay this off and the amount just seems to be getting bigger and bigger.
