Violates any FDCPA laws Ripoff

UCB has violated at least 4 of the FDCPA laws. They are calling references more than once. Relatives for me looking for my wife when she NEVER lived there obviously. They have disclosed information on the account to the relatives and have tried to make it sound like they are going to sue me. They have my resident number. They have my address. Yet they continue to harrass others. I spoke with a "Chris" who claimed he was a manager. He violated another law by attempting to belittle me when I refused to take care of the account by saying "It that how you TN boys are raised down there... To not take care of your bills and take care of your wife?"

See what UCB fails to realize is that I have worked in the collection industry for the last 7 yrs... I know the law front and back...
