Ripoff continues to charge your account

I order the cd with information about grants for non profits agencies. When I received the cd, it was not what I expected, so I called the 800# to cancel the membership.

I also emailed the company to confirm my cancellation. A couple of months later, I was charged $49.95 membership fee. I called the company and was given a cancellation confirmation # and refunded my $49.95.

The next month, I was charged another $49.95. I called and the rep. Apologized and gave me another cancellation # and a promise to refund my money. This was July 2, it is now 7/19 and the refund has not been issued yet.

When I called the company on 7/17, another rep. Told me that they would take care of it and it would take another two weeks. This theft from my account caused a scheduled draft to not to be paid and a $35.00 NSF charge added to my account.

What will we have to do to stop this company from stealing and lying to the public at large. I encourage everyone that has a problem with this company contact you Consumer protection Agency and file a complaint. I am doing so.
