After I received my free report they have continued to bill my credit card after numerous attempts to have it cancelled Ripoff

Several months ago I ordered a "free" online credit report. Once I realized that I was still being billed monthly, I called to cancel. The amounts of 9.95 & 14.95 are still being made monthly to my credit card.
