Unauthorized credit card charge!

For that weeks of March and May, I've obtained unauthorized charge card costs of $14.95 monthly. I requested a "Free Credit Report" and entered my credit card range convinced that it was likely to display anything about my credit, nevertheless I've been billed the 14.95 monthly since I have requested the report. And so I WOULD NOT enter my charge card on any website when you're purchasing a "Free Credit History".
