Harrassment and intimidation tactic, not recording mailed payments ripoff

My payment is due the 18th of each month, if not received by the 18th, phone calls start the following day, at least 20 a day with messages.

They tell you that you have to wire a payment immediately at a $12.95 cost, even if you have mailed a money order. It takes almost 3 weeks to post any mailed payment and in the meantime, they threaten to take the car.

This is just so stressful each month on the 18th. They tell you to get the money from someone you know and call everyone on your original application who you listed at an emergency contact when the payment is not even 2 weeks late.
