Continues to post my payment after the due date and charges a late fee. Ripoff

HSBC Card Services are rip off artists. I made a deal with them to get my account paid down in December. I offered to re-instated the account with my debt management program knowing there would be no cut in my interest rate but at least my payments would be made by the end of the month. My only request was to have my due date changed to the last day of the month, I was told no problem that could be done.

Between January and May I have paid in $400.00 in payments and discovered that all but one payment had been posted 1-2 days after my due date (which they never changed and claim a deal was never made) and then I am zapped with a $35.00 late fees. Well now to No surprise my balance has only gone up and I am worse off than when I started paying in January.

What a bunch of crap this is. I have been told many different things and that no fees could be reversed. However I did manage to have one fee refunded after calling back 2 times which is hardly worth the time I spent on the phone. I am at my wits end with these SOBs. If you have a card with this company pay it off now and get rid of it. I think I will try and settle with them if possible HA HA!
