Stole Money from us ripoff

My company refinanced 11 loans due to Suntrust losing payments we had receipts for. The did not pay off 5 of the loans completely and required us to pay additional monies to pay loans in full. This resulted in us paying $2780 in additional dollars to get the loans paid off and out of their auto-dalier in the collection department.

Now after 9 months they still have not settled this matter and my attorney has cost me thousands of dollars. The total time we have invested on Suntrust problems has exceeded 400 man hours.

And until we settle this matter we cannot get an official payoff to refinance the investment properties with another bank. We are hostage to the incompetence of BANKSTERS.

This is verifiable by mounds of documents, e-mails, and receipts.

The last count we had for Suntrust employees and in house attornies trying to handle a simple refinace was 12 people. That is unbelivable to simply refinace money that was owed to them by us. This is done every day by lenders in 72 hours or so.
