This company has now taken $149.95 from our checking account, promised to give it back to us, has failed to do so, and now owes us for non sufficient fund fees of $75.86. They got our information by another web site that we had applied for a loan from. This other company is unknown, however, if I find out what company they got this information from, they will also have to pay for this error in judgement.
