Ripped Off

I got a letter a few weeks ago from CCS with a card attached to it saying that if i called now I would be approved for 7,500 dollar line of credit. I called the number and I gave them my social security number and my bank account number. They told me that I was approved and that I would recieve a Cash-On-Demand card and a card that could be used anywhere along with a card saying that I could use the Merchant Card for anything in their magazines they claimed that it was a magazine with alot of brand name stuff and that it would be mailed to me directly in little than the next few weeks.
I just moved to a new trailer and I recieve a report from my bank saying that I was negative in the account by two hundred and some dollars. They had also told me that it was a 199.99 payment for the card and the magazine.

I am now having to pay the bank back their fees and for the 199.99 that this CCS supposedly had me electronically debit out of my account. I do now know why people can have a conscience when they sleep that they are literally ripping people off this is ridiculous and should be adressed seriously I would like the 199.99 dollars back for paying them what I owed for it anyway.
