Ripoff

It started the very day I went to open the account with Woodforest Bank, in Cleveland, Texas. First they said I had a hot check out, so I had to open up what they call a "Second Chance Checking" account.

They gave me a number to call to check it out myself, I went home called it, and they had no report of anything with my name and or social security number. I went back to the bank, they said I did, so I was charged over 21. Oo dollars in fee's right off the bat. It took me over 2 months to fix it, so Woodforest Bank had to put the 24.00 in fee's they took back into my account.

Woodforest Bank gave me a ATM "Master card" with my account, and one month later, they charge me 32.00 over draft fee, because they said it was for my Visa card amount taken out of the bank, I do not own a Visa card.

I go to the bank to tell them, that I do not own a Visa card, they said that I was liable for it. I argued the fact, and they gave me the number to Visa to call, I called Visa, they said the bank was the place I had to be to file a dispute with them to get it fixed.

Woodforest refuses to help me dispute it, they just said I was liable for the 32.00 dollars, Im not paying their screw up. I have never owned a Visa card in all my life.

Woodforest bank is nothing but a CON game of people ripping off hard working people. I need a lawyer.
