Repayment arrangment

We had a repayment arrangment since feb 07 been paying every month on time. Just recieved a call that we are 1200.00 behind. We have spoke to seven people and none can tell us why it was kicked out. Been triing to resolve for two weeks now. We were sold to this company four years ago and have had one problem after an other. We have lived in our house for fifteen years and i am afraid of what might come next. Maybe some help is out there!!!
