Ripoff On my credit report It shows I have a loan balance of $634.00 that I never applied for I did'nt even know that company existed I want this clear asap!

On 06/19/07 a applied to refinance my mortgage. When I looked at my credit report It appears that I have a balance of $634.00. It looks like a loan that I have with them. Which I have never applied for. Please I need this clear of my report. Or I want signatures of who ever signed for it. I need to see pictures of who applied for this loan. This balance worries me a lot; because it just means that someone has my information and that is very scary!!!
