Unauthorized ACH debit to account fraudelent billing will not reimburse ripoff dishonest

I had applied for a loan online, and they it looks like they "piggybacked" and added me without prior authorization.

I found by an automatic email generated listing they will be deducting $149.95 from my account for their services.

I went through the roof! Checked my account and there it was. I called them immediately and the rep I talked to assured me the money would be credited back to my checking account, the following week. I asked again just confirm. She assured me it would happen. She apologized for the inconvenience. She was very understanding and nice about it. Nothing came through. Called again and this time a rep there said they need my account statement faxed to them showing the debit. I did not want these people access to my checking account and the activity. It didn't sound right. He was very rude, the total opposite of the woman I talked to.

Called back, they would not do a * thing until they received that statement. I explained to them what their rep had said when I first called and her reassurance it would be taken care of immediately. Their story had changed!

Wrote them again today, yelling... Awaiting feedback. I told them my account was now in the red (which it is) and to credit it back immediately. When my disability check comes in next week of which I heaviliy depend on, my rent comes out of that, those insufficient funds of over $100 will be taken out of that check. I owe the landlady back rent and now current rent.

I'm by myself and I need options. I could just cry, well already have and still do. I feel I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and I need your help please please please. I am just sick to my stomach. Compounded with an ex who wants nothing to do with me, I am in a state of total panic.
