All The Same Company! I used to work there and I QUIT because they made me sick to my stomach!

I am so sick and tired of fancy lawyers preparing iron clad ways for companies to rip people off. This is not fair and I know all the rich George Bush type of people do not care about the hard working people in America that that are striving to get a head and maybe repair some bad credit and for being naive they fall into the trap this company had carefully weaved to scam people out of their hard earned money!

My family and I moved here to Florida only to realize that Florida id where telemarketers come from. I am serious this state is flooded with low paying telemarketing companies that promise bit bonuses but make it just slightly unreachable for honest people!

At a time of need I called this company and discovered that they would hire anyone who walks though the door if you could speak you had a job and for me at that time my family came first so I accepted the job. When explaining the product and services that they provide American Financial paints a beautiful dream picture that anyone would believe. Only that picture is just a facade.

First of all the card they offer IS NOT A CREDIT CARD! It is a catalog card for a catalog that you would not even wipe your nose with let alone buy an item with. Its all junk and in order to get this alleged card to have to pay 200.00 sometimes 400.00 which they do not clearly explain to you they only say 200.00.

Now the method of payment that they use is your routing number and account number to wither do an ACH electronic transaction or they create an electronic check which is extremely hard to dispute with your bank. Like I said they have expensive lawyers to help them the poor consumer only has their faith that they can repair their credit someday.

IF they ever send you the card and the catalogs and by some miracle of GOD you actually want to order something they offer before you place any order you have to pay out of pocket 15% of the transaction amount and then the rest will be put on the card. Lets say you do not have the funds in your account due to any emergency if you call to cancel you might get extremely rude representatives that will connect you nowhere to be on hold for extremely long periods of time and finally finding out if you are lucky and a representative answers the phone they tell you to mail them a letter stating that you want to cancel but even if you cancel all their fees are non refundable.

So you are still out of luck and if you try to file a claim with your bank for fraud they will just pull up the recording of the fancy lawyer written disclosure and the innocent victim saying yes to a fast talking representative who preys on you not paying attention to what she is saying.

After working there for a bout a week I was disgusted and ashamed that I helped this company rip some people off even though I was not very good at it I did get 2 r 3 people to bite the hook. I am so sorry for that I hope you some how managed to escape this companies grip.
After the second week I quit I left and never came back.

Now I help people fight against companies like this that defraud the customer in such an undisputable way. I wish there was something the politicians could do about this but I am sure that these companies donate monies for their campaign trails to make sure that they can continue. Florida is an ugly state if you take into consideration all the rip off companies that are domiciled here I hope this reaches someone and the next time the phone rings DO NOT TALK HANG UP PLEASE! It is not rude to protect what is yours.
