Awful support!

Our immediate deal is imminent for over per week. As recommended by their customer support in hongkong, I've my notice confirmed and delivered to them by specific email. I examined using the postoffice also it was shipped last Sunday. However they first explained they could not discover the notice and after supplying the specific email quantity, they never named me back concerning the standing anymore although I told them that I'd be up through the night due to their reaction.

Exactly What A poor business.
