Fairbanks Capital Corporation really bites the big one!!! They have bought the papers so to speak on my home. After many months of trying to work out a payment arrangement after my husband lost his job, they have now filed a foreclosure suit again us.

This company is out to take homes from innocent people just trying to make a living and provide a home for their families.
They have added cost of taxes, insurance, late fees, etc. To my account that is WRONG! I have paid my taxes and insurance every year since the purchase of my home.

These people charged $150.00 just for sending someone out to my home to be sure I had not abandoned it. Why would someone who wants to keep their home abandon it??? These people are only out to steal people's homes.
