Overappraised my home at 169,000 dollars tryed to refi. That company appraised home 83,000

I refinanced my home with ameriquest in when they apprasied my home they got 169,000 dollars. My home is 725 square feet of house. I since am trying to refinance to get smaller payment and interest rate. The apprasier that came out got it 83,000 dollars. I told him they apprasied it at 169,000 dollars he said there was no way my home was worth that.

When i applied with ameriquest a lady named samanatha, took my personnal information when she asked for my monthly income i told her what it was, she said if the bank calls tell them i made more than what i told her. I asked her what if they want proof of my income, she said don't worry they won't.

I have so much more that was a red light to taking this loan with ameriquest, but i don't know how much you want me to put down here. I need to know if there's any kind of help out there for me, because i am having trouble keeping up paying my mortgage i haven't missed any payments but it's hard.
