Poor service!

I bought a Television from HH Gregg, with 12-month fin.in Dec. 2006... I settled it down in March of I came across the next cost wasn't put on my consideration, and so I settled it again and so I wouldn't get interest.

I've created them twice, supplied them with copies of the inspections and that I still haven't gotten anything-but a silly form-letter from their website. I'd like my $325.00 back! You cannot achieve them by telephone, therefore forget that, you CAn't achieve them by email, therefore forget that likewise. They've cost me about $40.00 in lender costs to obtain copies and certified mailing.

I'm declaring a using the BBB and that I want I really could save others out of this same experience

I'll never buy another item from h.H. Gregg and that i desire h e-money bank could be investigated to be so irresponsible in their methods.
