My spouse is the primary holder on our account. We transferred debt to NextCard to establish the account, and have made every payment since on time. I got a call this morning at 8:30 by some rude jackass named "Patrick" claiming to be from Nextcard. This idiot asks for my wife - I asked who he was and what he wanted.By the way, today is SUNDAY!!!
After a toe to toe with him - I told him put his supervisor on the phone. Some clown gets on claiming to be "Michael", proceeds to argue with me, and HANGS UP ON ME with a threat to slam my credit report. Mind you, this is all in violation of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. (Look this up, folks) Don't be scared of these assholes. The phone calls are usually made by kids who have a list of people to slam on the phone. Screw 'em. I have always paid my bill on time and will continue to do so. Tomorrow morning my lawyer gets a call...
