Help! I need help stoping these people from taking my money! Help!

I was contacted by Ameritrust Financial today. I was very skeptical but let these people talk me into giving them $200.00 which they will be takeing out of my account on July 2. I need to stop this transaction before they have the chance to take money out of my account. Can someone please tell me how did the company show up on your bank statement. I need to do a stop payment immediatley. Please help.
