This company is totally rip off!!! Please do not use this company for any refinance mortgage. Month ago they did told me they have a great programs and they told me your approved for 85000 cash out and they charge me for $500.00 apprasial fee. Month later they told me your decline and they didnt give back my $500.00 dollars... I did trying call and they dont answer my phone calls...
