Ripped me off for 49$ and said a $5000 credit card was going to be given

Well Last week i got a letter stating that i was going to get an $5000 credit card and with no apr for 12 months like any person i was very happy. So as soon as I had a chance i mailed my 49$ for express delivery. 1 day after mailing the letter i found out it was a scam, i was upset i had promised a down payment to my landlorn for my new apartment now i can't because it was all a lie, I have a 51/2 month child and i really did not need this stupid sh*t.
