I was ripped of by hidden fees manger scam

I was try to get my credit better and the card came in the mail asking for a 49 dollar fee they would send me a card. Mind you no information they didn't send stating what they would charge and here come the card i use like 100 dollars they gave me any over limit fee. I was like how did i get a fee when i have 200 dollars they had a hidden fee of 150 dollars. They didnt tell you about they are a scam big time
