Ripped me off and made my credit worse dishonest ripoffs

Capital First used telemarketers to call me and asked if I needed credit repair and offered a credit card and credit repair kit for a processing fee of $29.95. I agreed to them taking that amount out of my checking and was told by the end of the call I would be given a customer service number to call and cancel if I wanted too. They never gave me the number only a recorded message at the end of the call.

When I received the package they sent a free trial 7 day membership. The material stated they wanted to take an additional $59.95 processing fee and $99.95 annual membership fee.in the letter regarding cancellation it states and I quote "Of course, if you wish to cancel, simply call customer service toll-free at 1-866-892-6018 during the first 7 days, and you will never be billed."

I called within the first 7 days, cancelled, and received a cancellation #. The customer representative told me they would not charge my bank account any further. About a week later my bank sent me an overdraft statement with over draft fees and a statement saying that every day my account was negative it would be an additional $5.00. That amount is now over $300.

I contacted the company, was not permitted to speak to a supervisor and was told only the $158 could be returned to me if I sent back the entire package with the cancellation number. I argued for 3 hours and got nowhere.

Because of this company my credit is worse. I cannot get another bank account. I can't even cash my paychecks at my bank to pay my bills.
