Screwed me royally Ripoff

I received a phone call from the office of Richard A Brennan stating they were a law office and they would like to help me with my credit consolidation. I was very skeptical at first, but they assured me they could help my situation and my credit. They assured me this was not a scam because why would they want to scam people who are in debt? They began telling me how much they could save me a month by getting my interest rates lowered and all my credit cards into one payment per month. They really seemed to know what they were talking about and I really needed the help, so I gave them all my information including my ss#, credit card numbers, and all my banking information. They sent me a packet of papers to fill out and send back, but before I even sent them back they withdrew $319.00 from my checking account. I sent out the papers right before I knew they took money from my account. A couple days later someone called from the office asking where those papers were, I told her I just sent them out. I asked why they took out the $319? She said that was the "initial start-up fee". This was not the case! On our first phone call they told me it would only be $75 not $319! I started getting scared so I did some research on the web and found several fradulant reports one this company. I tried calling them and can't get ahold of anyone. I want my money back and don't want any part of this.
